Are there RISK in FIR Therapy?

FIR therapy is generally safe for healthy individuals of all ages. But like all wellness program, it is not for everyone.

You should AVOID FIR therapy if you:

Have serious heart conditions, unstable blood pressure, or cardiovascular diseases

Suffering from Apocrine Bromhidrosis and Osmidrosis.

Have Claustrophobia when inside enclosed spaces .

Going thru Cancer Treatment.

Are pregnant or trying to conceive.

Most first-time guests do experience noticeable sweating, even without intense movement. This is completely normal.

During a Far Infrared (FIR) Private Sauna session, your body is gently warmed in a way that feels comfortable, allowing it to relax and respond naturally.

We do not provide shower facilities — simply because there is no need for one.

Sweating from Far Infrared (FIR) therapy feels very different from exercise or conventional sauna sweating.

Most guests are pleasantly surprised to find that the sweat is light, clean, and non-sticky, with no unpleasant odour.

After your session, a simple towel wipe is all that’s needed.

Instead of feeling uncomfortable, many guests describe their skin as smooth, soft, and refreshed.
